DS PvP is like a game of rock-paper-scissors; each and every weapon you choose has a known counter-pick. One of the best things you can possibly learn to do in a duel is to learn versatility. Weapon swapping not only can give you weapon-pick advantage but it can also make it hard for the opponent to predict; which in turn can give you momentum. Once you learn this skill, you are better than 95% of all DS PvP'ers
