Besides StarCraft II and w40k: Dawn of War is K.K.N.D still my FAVOURITE Strategy game of all time. The booklet in KKND (1) was written very funny and K.K.N.D 2 had so much good Intentions with it's integrated ingame editor. If you like retro games and especially strategy games - this one is a MUST HAVE.
I still hope there will bea K.K.N.D 3 one day... :)

Great game and a MUST HAVE for everyone who likes Shooter and/or wargames. The Titan is a welcome new thing to boring tanks in other games. The Storyline is really great and makes you feel like you're really there. The gfx is for a 2017 game still very good and the controlling of everything is easy to learn. In fact you only need 7 keys (beside the standard-controls, like WASD, Space and so on) to control your alter Ego and the Titan. Thats one of the greatest controls I've seen so far in a shooter with so many options. I already own this game since 2017 and now bought it on steam again, to support TITANFALL. As soon as you finished the Campaign you should try the "Grenzlandverteidigung" in Multiplayer. Great CO-OP Modus for four player. :)

Jagged Alliance 3 is a really worthy successor to the series and offers the gameplay of the predecessors - with small and quite sensible changes (e.g. ammunition no longer has to be carried by every mercenary. Instead, there is a kind of "ammunition box" that everyone can access at any time. )
Most of the well-known mercenaries (40) are back - a few new ones have been added. The only criticism here is that there could have been more - especially in the cheaper categories. The story is interesting and there are again many side quests, some of which can be completed at short notice. Another innovation is that there are now several factions and the NPCs occasionally support or become opponents depending on the course of the story and the decisions you make yourself.

+ Everything done right, what Jagged Alliance fans want.
+ Better weapons are no longer a rarity.
+ Beginner friendly. But even experts will not be bored.
+ Even worse mercenaries hit now. There are also no more inexplicable misses from the assembly line. The hit rate feels realistic - depending on how many action points you spend on aiming.
+ Crafting has been simplified in a meaningful way. You no longer have to collect 1000 things and then guess what might work. In addition, the characteristics and talents come into play better.
+ Missions and storyline can be followed more easily via an extra interface that is filled with keywords after receiving information.
+ and much more

- Relatively few mercenaries. In addition to A.I.M. M.E.R.C is missing now - there is no other organization either, which I think is a pity. Here, too, one could have built a small incentive.
- The ingame browser is not implemented well and feels rudimentary. Here, too, one could have gotten more out of it.
- I don't like the marketplace at all. A shop system would be desirable. It seems absurd to me that a retailer should focus on a single product. So you carry ammunition around forever for weapons that you don't use. Here one could have dealt more with the local currency.
- Militias cannot be moved.

All in all I would give it a 9 on a scale of 1-10. ABSOLUTE recommendation for all fans and interested players.

Early Access Review
Great game by indie programmer Ross from D20 studios. Also check his retro game for mobile phone on play store: "Hero Mages"

One of the best strategy games >>of all time<<, imho. Sadly GW still doesn't notice, they didn't need to make those changes on DoW2 + DoW3. Just gfx updates, more! units, THATS ALL! IF you are into base-buildung strategy: This game is an absolute MUST HAVE. Cheers! :)

PRO's: Extreme Spieltiefe in ALLEN bereichen.

Hi.
Yes, indeed - the game has some annoying bugs and some things could have been made better. It is also very sad, that the modding team for the multiplayer mod quitted, after some "happenings"...
But: For every gamer out there, who likes round-based tactical games and knows "jagged alliance", is XCOM2 an absolute MUST-HAVE. You will definetely NOT regret to buy and own it!
I am waiting for XCOM3 *hopefully it comes* ...
