This game is perfect to the last minute detail and is the only game I can confidently claim has profoundly changed my life.

! - Improvement Suggestions for Developers - !

This game is so cozy and makes me very relaxed, it captures the perfect atmosphere, the art style is super cute and the music calming. It is perfect to wind down if you love model railways.

Here are my improvement suggestions to make this game perfect:
Small, but important QoL changes:
- Please allow adding/destroying basic terrain voxels not only from the top, but also from the side. It is a pain to have to rotate the camera just to fill in a gap from the top
- Please enable zooming out the camera further. It is currently not possible to get a nice overview of a larger island.
- Consider adding hotkeys for basic terrain voxels and straight track.
- It is annoying to have to make an exact gap for placing larger assets, consider adding/removing basic terrain voxels automatically when placing a specialized piece of track/waterfall etc. fit. In general, I found the game to know perfectly well where I want to place something, but it doesn't let me place it without manually deleting blocks first
- Please let us drive the train in reverse. Every locomotive in history can do it.
- I found no track end bumper, this is an essential piece for many layouts
- Certain pieces (I particularly noticed this for "smooth hill slope with fence" and "shoreside track with fence" types) have set lengths that make them inflexible. Consider making them single-block sizes and having larger connected pieces of the same type switch to a larger, combined asset.

Larger ideas that may not fit your vision, but would make this the perfect "cozy model railway simulator" in my opinion:
- Ability to add multiple trains
- Signals and detector rails, allowing for automatic starting and stopping of trains, switching of points/much more
- Being able to name island save files, signs, and stations

Thank you for creating this work of art!

This is arguably both the most fun and unrealistic flight simulator at the same time.

This game is just the best. Borrowed a PS4 in 2017 just to play it and had an amazing experience. Then I was bummed when the frozen wilds DLC came out and I no longer had access to the hardware! Now I am over the moon to be able to play through it once more on my favorite platform, the PC.

The port arguably had/has it flaws with frequent crashes. That seriously dampened the experience (I had to repeat a bandit camp three times because it would always crash without having auto saved my progress). I have to thank a user on Reddit for sharing how to get rid of the crashes (which worked for me at least) - make sure you have the latest Windows 10 2004 feature release, right click on desktop, open display settings, scroll all the way down and click Graphics settings. Now enable the "Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling" and reboot. It not only gets rid of the crashes (due to poor port attempting to write at an illegal memory location), but also improves FPS to the point where this is playable at 4K with mostly High settings on my gtx 1080. Mind you, 1440p is the sweet spot for my particular card, but I'm playing on an OLED tv which does not support that resolution for some reason.

In conclusion, after getting rid of the random crashes every 10 minutes to 2 hours, this is worth every penny. Only at 33% with this playthrough, but of course I know most of the story already from my first time playing this 3 years ago.
Highly recommended!

This gives some really exclusive insights to the epic process behind creating such a masterpiece as Portal 2.
Although the layout is outdated and hard to navigate by 2020 standards, this is definitely worth picking up.
