I don't understand how this game came out. It seems to be a huge step backwords in the actual game area. I have to click continue on everything now, even with the auto ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turned on. It actually makes you click continue to confirm you want to pick a land out of your deck for cards that do that. It's even worse without the auto ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you have to click continue literally every 5 seconds on your turn. Then it seems the campaign mode is mostly "encounters". They just repeat themselves over and over and over and over, same pulls everytime. All they do is highlight how important the starting hand is, so you basically restart over and over until you get an overpowered opening hand. But what about the deck building pothead? Who the ♥♥♥♥ knows, I didn't even play the game long enough to DO any deck building. I sincerely hope all the competent developers are working on the Carmageddon remake which is why this game was given to the B team.

Everybody should buy Kerbal Space Program. This game should be in science classrooms, it's that awesome.
Review changed because Take Two changed the EULA and won't let you play without agreeing to it and installed Red Shell.
Review changed back because Take Two learned somehow. Too bad they fired the KSP2 devs. Sad Trombone Noises.

Everybody should buy this game. If I ever get a million dollars I will buy this game for all the starving children of Africa. They should really get to play it before they starve to death.

A mediocre arpg filled with super heroes. Since I don't give a flying ♥♥♥♥ about super heroes, this is nothing but a mediocre action rpg. I'd rather play DarkSpore.

This game has no content. The only things to do are PVP, Crafting, or kill monsters. The safe zones are gigantic, meaning everybody stays in the safe zones to craft better gear before heading out. Which means there is literally no pvp going on. I have been wandering around the game world outside of the safe zone for the past 3 hours of real time and I have yet to see a single other person. I can fight monsters, but those only spawn from specific monster spawners, and never leave their camps. Meaning 80% of the game world is empty space, which sucks because the game world is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ENORMOUS. In that 3 hours I've made it from one coast to another, but still not a single person. Why don't you craft then pothead? Believe me, crafting is why I bought the game. Too bad the gathering boils down to, point at this resource node, click 1 time, now afk for 15 minutes. The making items crafting is just as tedious and boring. Queue up a bunch of stuff, click once, come back in 5 minutes. That also makes it frustrating because I have no attachment to any of the gear I have acquired so far. I didn't have to really "do anything" to get it, so I don't really care if somebody kills me and takes it. Hell at this point I'd enjoy the human interaction. This game wants to be Ultima Online, but with a development team 48 strong, that is as likely to happen as aliens are to crown me emperor of earth. I don't wish any ill will to AV, but when you release an mmo you have to come correct. You cannot release something that is 10 steps backwords from the prequel to the game you are releasing. Always Moving Forward should be every game developers motto.
This was written almost a year go right after release, so I have no idea on the current state of the game, if it even exists as such.

An awesome editing tool tied to a braindead game that seems like it was designed to hold the attention of 5 year olds. The 84 on metacritic leads me to believe this entire planet is run by beings with the mental capacities of children.

Mixed bag playing it again on pc. I love that I can disable the HUD and that ♥♥♥♥, but having to sit through the cutscenes again is borderline masochism. I alt-enter to go window mode then go read a webpage or two. I'd give this game 4 out of 5, minus 1 just because the story is insultingly bad and they force you to partake of it.

The best xcom game you will get. Doesn't mean it's good, doesn't mean it's not consolized to high hell, doesn't mean the developers actually can do math and know what 93% chance to hit actually means. Honestly I'd rather play UFO: Extraterrestrials.

This is an awesome game. The artwork is incredible and the puzzles all deal with fluid interactions, be it water, lava, or steam. A controller is recommended in the loading menu and I only played with one, but it controls great.
