Good work on Darkwood Retreat. It is a suitable dwelling place for the Dragonborn. A staple mod in my ever growing collection.

If that doesn't help you, start at Riverwood and follow the river to the south. After the waterfalls, it will turn in to a big lake. Follow the lake's coast until you see a road come up along side it. Follow the road and look to your left. You'll see the big porch through the trees.
