Like Luis, I am a Ladies Man Myself, and this game, gets you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Take it from me and Luis, and buy this masterpiece.

This game is as good, if not better than the original Dead Space. All of the reviews on this game are from 30 minutes in, complaining about the stutter. The stutters never happened during combat, but did take away from the immersion of the game, but not by much. I loved the writing, and although predictable, I still had a hell of a lot of fun in this game, and can't wait for the DLC. Jacob is a very likeable protagonist, and the characters you see along the way (Including Sam Witwer's amazing performance as Captain Ferris) are very well-written.

I had an amazing time with this game, so take all the reviews with 30 minutes with a grain of salt, and play this absolutely amazing game.

Edit After 2nd Patch: THE GAME NOW RUNS WAY BETTER! It's crazy how a bad launch day can get so divisive... The game is outstanding, and now, without stutters, it's even better.
