Tekken 8, compared to last games is effectively a forced 50/50 simulator. This would be manageable, if people were punished for plugging. It should be a simple as: Player 1 plugs. Player 2 wins. Also, ranked should be FT3 setup FORCIBLY.

(Update: They have since made pluggers lose points finally. However, this doesn't make the game more fun, just more tolerable. The tracking of moves is such a huge issue it makes sidestep feel totally worthless in a 3d game. That's just the first of many issues)

Season 2 Update: Yeah I uninstalled the game. Just when you think Namco can't make this worse they MORE than succeed. Instead of a regular casino now, the game is similar odds to going to Vegas
