It's also deceptive in how much better you feel yourself getting as you unlock rewards and powers in this roguelite. Have had a number of friends comment how they like this despite rogue-ish games not being something they normally like, and I believe this has a little bit for everyone (whether seeking story, a decent challenge, or just something to veg out with and just play for a while).
