Your ban will NOT be removed or reduced if:


- You were ghosting
- You intentionally flashed/blocked/damaged your teammates
- You engaged in verbal abuse or harassment of another player
- You committed the offence and are asking for a reduction of your ban
- Other reasons listed on our ban policy


If one of these applies to you, replying to this ticket will not change your ban, and we strongly advise against it.


You should ONLY reply back to this ticket IF:


- You are absolutely, 100% sure you did NOT commit the offence (check the matchroom)
- You were fake ghosting (in which case, you must provide clear video evidence)

Once your probation starts you will be able to see the matchroom that led to your ban. This can be located under your FACEIT Behavior Index on the Probation period reason.


For 1-day bans for "unsportsmanlike conduct" these are triggered by our FBI monitoring system and handed out based specifically on the reports from other players.
These are NOT removed under any circumstances.
