The developers are not doing nearly enough changes in a timely matter.
Mechanics that have been broken are still broken after 15 seasons.
Units always neglected with changes.
Certain hero classes completely out rank others, no where near balanced.
Every new season is 90% paid updates, 10% free updates.

Would not recommend as the game currently stands.

Now I am not usually one who enjoys single player perma-death games, but The Binding of Isaac blew me away. It is an amazing game where you fight off all the sins, to over come the most evil of creatures, his mother. The items that you pick up in this game are just amazing, some increase health, attack, speed, and fire rate. Others can even lower those stats. So be careful when you take pills! Haha I would rate this 9/10.
