I waited to write this review because I was half expecting this to happem; they put people with mouse and keyboard in competitive games versus people with VR headsets. Anyone who is old enough to remember a time before the 2000's (and after it too frankly) that putting PC players up against console players (VR in this case) is a sure fire way to kill your playerbase and from what I can see, that is where we are. I own over 200 VR games and over 2000+ Steam games and I can tell you this was the best experience on VR for newcomers and old timers alike. Now, I am not so sure. I would glady revisit this review should they rollback this feature or, at the very least, put M/KB players on thier own servers.

If you like the idea of playing a well written movie and being one of the voice actors instead of a silent protaganist, then this game is for you. HOWEVER, in my view it should be about $7.99. It did have some performace problems and wasn't very smooth at 4k, I can't see any replay value, and the ending was lacking any kind of payoff for the investment I put in playing it in one sitting. Really gripping up to the end and a couple of red herrings, but the end felt approptiate yet like a big SOMETHING missing. If it were an episodic game it would have been perfect....but it's not. Will have to chew on this one for a while. If you haven't played it then try not to watch any people playing it as I feel like you would feel even more ripped off.

Amazing! Worth every penny and more. If you are a fan of Douglas Adams, you will love this game.
