Really wasn't sure if I was gonna enjoy this game at first, considering the very large departure in style and gameplay from Huniedev's past two games. Funnily enough, I've been hesitant to buy every Huniedev game prior to release, so considering my consistent experience, I decided to buy it anyway. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loves me some puzzle games.

If you're debating your purchase as a result of enjoying Huniepop and not-so-enjoying Huniecam, Spiral Scouts is more the former than the latter. An abundance of cheekily-written humor and a very comfortable amount of logic puzzles puts it at a decent purchase for its price, and if you found yourself more enamored with the tone than the titties of Huniedev's tile-swapper, you'll be happy to know that all your favorite swear words are back. And then some!

If we're talking cons (we are), the climb of difficulty for each puzzle throughout the game is less of a climb and more of a bounce castle - it's not linear, so you're free to attempt most of them at your leisure, but just like any free-roaming logic puzzle experience, there will be frustration when you can't tell if you have all the information required for a puzzle. I found myself overthinking a few of the solutions and feeling incredibly stupid at a few others, but that's ultimately the nature of logic puzzles to begin with. The last puzzle can suck my ♥♥♥♥, I brute-forced it. Judging by the discussion thus far, I don't know if the information given was incorrect or wilfully obtuse, but I still don't know what the solution was.

In the end, you'll find out very quickly if you enjoy the writing in this game - as someone who laughs at ♥♥♥♥♥ constantly, I was a huge fan. If you're a logic puzzle aficionado with a twelve-year-old's sense of humor, give this game a good ol' college try. 10/10 Could Be Better

WISH IT WAS BETTER TBH

Absolutely charming game, and very cheeky throughout.
A delight to play, and while it was tough at times, the amount of work put into making the game as detailed and as fun as it was makes 'worth the ride' an understatement. Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys fun.

I love cleaning up. It is my life. When I found out I could clean up things in a game, a whole new world of possibilities lay ahead of me. Now I can clean forever.
