I'll tell you of a positive experience yesterday on a CS game.
I came into a CASUAL session on overpass. I like going CT. I got in and the score was something like 0 - 3. CTs losing.
This is ideal for me.
After losing a couple of more rounds - and having time to observe - i said "these guys are weak - we just need to scare them".
I did my usual Barney rushing - got in their faces and took more of the map.
I still died, generally. But I sat and watched as my team built in confidence. They won aim battles. They worked together. They rotated effectively. We got to about 3 - 5 before we dropped another round - going to 3 - 6.
After that it ended up 7 - 7.
By now i was winning my own aim battles and getting behind their lines and surviving.
As we headed out of spawn I just said - "good luck, have fun".
(really meaning - you are amazing and you know what to do).
It worked.
It was a sweet victory -
