i recommend this game now.

Fun game. Compared to the New Order - i'd say i like this one better even though this is shorter. The new guns are enjoyable to use. This is a prequel to the New Order.. if you don't have as much time/money consider getting this one first.

I don't know guys. I just can't bring myself to enjoy this game. I really liked CIV5 and i was good at that game, but this one feels exhausting and tedious. I don't mind the more cartoony graphics That Much, but "old map aesthetic" conceals too much of the map in my opinion - or maybe it just feels distracting. in most of the games i've played, the AI civs hate me No matter what i do. (seriously: only 1 game where this didn't happen. and im not even Doing anything)
The new civics system is the main source of tediousness: i need to check every few turns if i want to change my government and idk. it irritates me like sand irritates anakin. this is really nitpicking but i feel like when the AI civs announce how much they are displeased with my actions it takes forever for me to click the "ok buddy whatever u say" - button.
I really wanted to like this game. But i can't. It's hard to explain.
maybe just buy civ5 - at least you will get a whole game with all dlc. at this point it feels like the devs are just dropping individual civ expansion packs instead of :) idk. making this game more enjoyable

why i hate this game:
1. toxic community full of actual literal nazis & wehraboos - just check their profiles and steam groups and coh2 artwork page
2. lelic balance ;)
hasn't been fun in ages

EDIT: even though i still think this way, i'll say this. If you really want to play a WW2 rts game - this is the one to buy. It's not a bad game but playing it for a while can get exhausting for the reasons i mentioned above. It can be fun if you play with a teammate.

in my opinion best campaign, best soundtrack and best zombies in a cod game. and very good multiplayer ( i mainly played that on ps3). definetly my favorite cod

♥♥♥♥ game. the super powers completetly ruin the the whole thing (can't be bothered to use cars anymore since flying/super sprinting is faster but that kills the fun)... the story is not entertaining it's just stupid, the water is supposed to look 'cool' with the glitches and all but it just looks crap. red ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pixel piece of ♥♥♥♥ crap. There are maybe 2 or 3 cool missions and everything else is just 'ok i don't care' . if you haven't played the older games cool for you there will be characters you don't know or give a ♥♥♥♥ about. I was really exited about this game but it turned out to be ♥♥♥♥. i even waisted my money on some expensive ass edition and what did i get: some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plastic toy gun and a small ass statue (now collecting dust somewhere) and stupid button thing that makes noise when you press it. painfull experience. good things about this game: 1.dubstep gun is cool for a while, .... uhhh that was about it. do not buy unless it's 5 euros. can't believe i've wasted almost 30 hours of my life playing this ♥♥♥♥
