I am the original Absurd Nerd. Over the years there have been many copy-cat absurdnerds who have co-opted the name, but i am the original. ;) So do not settle for copy-cats, interact with the original.

I primarily enjoy strategy games such as the Civilization series, Stellaris, Europa Universallis, Masters of Orion, etc. Also i enjoy RPGs such as Everquest, etc and am thinking of trying Runescape again (played it many years ago). Finally i enjoy colony simulations such as RimWorld, the Sims, etc. My Steam catalog is relatively sparse. There are quite a few old lesser known abandonware and lesser known games which i enjoy playing offline.

Oh, the bonsai tree is not mine. It is from the "wish it were mine" collection at the US National Arboretum.
