hahahah yes! played this a lot back when there was a community. missed it a lot.
honestly, just bought this to support the dev, because of how fun the game was back then. didn't expect to play it for too much longer since i thought i was done with it, but turns out when its in your steam library, you tend to click it a lot more often.

great little game development thing, to me however, it's still a mystery how this company is still alive, i don't get how they're making money. (i cannot find a license for releasing games for the life of me)

very underrated engine, lets you do lots of stuff if you know what you're doing, i just wish that they'd do like every other big game engine does and make it free until you're making a certain amount of money.

i don't think i've had many issues with gamemaker in general, no crashing, etc.
i think maybe you don't want this if you're constantly travelling and you drop internet (which i dont), because from the looks of other reviews, you need internet access constantly (why??)

oh and dont go in expecting a wonderful sprite editor, the only thing you'll want to use it for is maybe super minor tweaks that you can do by hand. (unless you're a god pixel man and you can whip up beautiful art with just the pencil tool)

final thing; middle click is your friend. i really wish i had this when i started back in gms 1.4

re-rereview, because the old one sucked;
amazing game, better than expected. took me 16 hours to pure perfect every world (besides the bonus levels), and get all of the achievements.

editor is amazing, just wish there was a little bit of documentation for some things, and maybe even a way to preview the song quickly without actually starting the level.

here's the newer part of my review;
the game now has workshop support, and i realize it gets updated with really awesome levels. if you haven't bought this, you wont regret it.

very fun, and free too.

honestly, after the rename from ball 3d: soccer online, i don't think i can really appreciate this game as much anymore.

i never really play the game often, i personally just use the name as a joke every once in a while when me and friends have nothing to play.
