Beatiful, addicting game. Don't knock it before you try it.

Long time fan of the franchise, but held off on buying this game because it was very different from the previous entries. Decided to bite the bullet after all the games went on sale during the 10th-year anniversary. I didn't get it at first but when it clicked it became incredibly addicting. Grinding through those dozens of runs is a blast, and rarely ever feels like a chore as the assortment of different playable characters, modifiers, abilities, etc ensures that there is always something fresh in your run. On top of that, gorgeous pixel graphics, pushing a franchise with an already established art direction even further.

TL:DR It's different, but you just might like it.

Can't believe its been 10 years. Money well spent. 5 games in 1, what more could I ask for? Yacht Club Games never let us down.
