i love naheulbeuk. i grew up with the original mp3s as they were releasing nearly two decades and a half ago. i love the writing. this game does justice to that (in french at least)

even after turning down the difficulty to story mode the combat mechanics made me want to tear my eyes out. genuinely frustrating and unpleasant to deal with. i guess if you're more hardcore-coded it's worth a look but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you want any sort of experience here be prepared for hours of the most frustrating combat, even on the lowest difficulty. you WILL miss at 80%. you WILL get critically parried and killed instantly. it's honestly very frustrating all around.
