even a toddler can play a max difficulty character with ease in this game, skill ceiling is high enough for hobbits to live comfortably, movement tech is non-existent for 90% of the characters, still its a pretty fun casual game

I'd recommend waiting till they polish the game a lot more or mature/remove the water mechanic. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because i'm used to jank in video games and not really bothered with running out of water and losing my loot if I didn't play for a couple of weeks. Other than that, this game has such a unique art style as well a BANGER soundtrack.

50 fps average on 4070 ti super, 75% Super resolution, Cinematic, Very High raytracing, 1440p, without frame gen. With frame gen it reaches 80+ fps average

change super resolution to 50% and you get 100+ average easily

Gameplay is solid and as well as the whole vibe of the game, don't care much about MTX. You can earn everything in this game except premium cosmetics (yes you can earn ultimate descendants). Boss battles with Colossi is a marvel. Overall worth a try if you have doubts

Like the good old classic rpgs, the good ones where choices lead to actual consequences and had none of those lazy quest markers. The world looks and feels unique unlike the 1000th iteration of the generic fantasy setting.

Till now i've played a bit more than what the demo had to offer, so far performance has improved a lot from before. Talking about the game itself, it has its own charm which any game that is made without love will lack and the aspect I value the most in a video game.

The graphics might seem bad but they contribute to the overall feeling the game is going for. It's a space rpg with fantasy elements and the weird artstyle further enhances the feeling of mystery to me. The controls can be a bit janky and might require trial and error to grasp fully.

Talking about immersion in this game, I encountered a quest just a listening to random npcs having a conversation about it. There are also multiple different factions with their lore which I haven't fully delved into yet. There are these storms which occur from time to time and every single one of them is a treat. They are the best part about this game for me and displays the weird nature of the whole world of this game.

Overall it reminds me of some of my favourite old rpgs that i've played recently especially morrowind and original deus ex. Now they maybe completely different genres but the vibe is the same among them. I'd highly recommend picking it up and giving it a try if you're craving that same feeling.
