It's a great game and tons of fun once you learned the ropes. However, Elite is not an easy game to learn it was an extremely daunting game when I first played it. The game is an experience and you get to decide how to play it. Whether you are transporting goods, shooting up pirates, or exploring the galaxy. Elite has much to offer.

Transporting is in my case the least fulfilling, this can include things like mining, passenger missions, and moving goods from a to b while they can bring you a lot of money they tend to be monotonous.

Early on I explored, I went out to systems and surface scanned the water and Earth-like worlds for a profit. This is a great way to make early money however if you really want to experience what this game can show you, you need to forget the profits and go off into the darkness. Look at some of my screenshots if you want to see just a taste of what this game has in exploration.

Combat is tons of fun you can be a bounty hunter, intercepting pirates and saving helpless miners, or fight in capital wars for your favored political leader. Combat has much to offer. You can make good money doing combat and it is the most enjoyable thing to do with friends.

There are many small niches in Elite, These three things listed are by no means the only things available in Elite.

Once you start to obtain some credits you'll be able to afford some larger ships. What you get depends on what you want to do. There is a perfect ship for everything in the game as well as some great all-rounders. if you want to explore you need a high jump range and not much else. if you want to do combat you need a great shield or hull and some powerful armaments. It all rotates on what you want to do, you get to decide what you want to take with you.

Elite is a grind I can't get away from that, everything you do will take time and effort. however, there are some tricks to make easy credits but engineering and upgrading internals cannot be easily avoided.

Elite is a beautiful game with many secrets and amazing sights. I won't mention them here because they are better seen and experienced for yourself.

Take it from me, try everything in this game, and do not just stick to one thing. An entire galaxy is there for you and with less than 0.042% of it explored by the entire player base I would recommend doing it all.

Early Access Review
Great game, both terrifying and rewarding. The map is vibrant and always enjoyable to traverse and there are always new things to explore. Combat feels pretty good, but the combat feels like your playing The Forest I won't lie. However, it is fun and with the perks and multitude of weapons and armor it keeps the game diverse and you never find yourself sticking to one weapon. The building is a ton of fun it's very free and there are many ways to break into things you probably shouldn't, however when trying to build you can make some crazy creations. My brother and I made a tower that used trampolines to get up, that had zip lines going everywhere around the map, we could get from spawn to the oak tree without touching the ground. The resource gathering doesn't feel too bad most crafting recipes call for specific things but not a lot of things, so it's not hard to obtain certain items you want. My only critique of the game is its story, as of now there really isn't a well-developed story it goes for like 2 hours and then just cuts off. Then you go off to collect these like 15 chips around the map that give you blueprints that are supposed to progress the story but don't really. They give you a reason for exploring but by the end they become tiring to find as my brother and I can attest, it just gets kind of bland. The puzzles and areas some of the chips are in is impressive, it's often a challenge or a battle to get these chips or both. With Black Ant Hill Lab being my brother and I's favorite, absolutely amazing boss battle one of the most fun battles I've had in a game the sound and visuals are ridiculous. it's not necessarily a difficult boss but it's a ton of fun.

I would personally recommend this game to any group of 2, 3, or 4 its a much better game with friends and is an absolute scene when that Wolf Spider rolls up on the boys at night. it really is a great game with an amazing development team that's on a level with Phasmophobia and Terraria's teams they consistently bring amazing updates every 4 months it's impressive. The future is extremely bright for this game and when it is fully complete and fully aired out it will be damn near a masterpiece.

Just wait till next gen comes out on PC. Told myself I would not buy this unless it was cheap and even at 9 bucks it is still not worth it, for me the game is far too similar to 21 and the dribbling just feels off. It's much harder to create space with hesitations and stepbacks and the moves just feel dainty and not done at full speed. The new badges are nice along with updated ratings and rosters for teams but if you can get over that 21 just handles better for me. also within my short time, I experienced a crash and a visual bug that stutters the camera in the My player cut scenes. Until the devs put effort towards PC players I would just stick with 2k21. Next-gen is far better than current-gen and I would not recommend purchasing 2k22 on sale let alone purchasing it at full price.

A game that really challenges the mind, a true master class of story telling, gameplay and pure honor. Quite possibly the greatest game I've ever played and a true diamond in the rough.

I started playing this game on my dads account back in sixth grade and am still enjoying it today as a freshman in college. I don't think I have every found a game so consistently entertaining, weather I'm trimping as demo, hitting airshots as soilder, or going on huge killstreaks as sniper this game has always delivered. This game is simply a masterpeace, crafted to perfection and kept alive by the players. I've never met a game so old and yet still so amazing, I've put hundreds of hours into both Overwatch and TF2 and the amount of dopamine that surges through your body when you hit an insane flick in Tf2 is far greater than Overwatch, TF2's combat is honestly amazing for a game this old the combat is extremely addictive.

My only issues with TF2 at the moment is the bot infestation, auto balance and random crits
The first 2 are no brainers everyone hates bots and I can't explain the feeling of playing on a team with some friends and getting auto balanced. Now my main issues with random crits are the fact that they remove skill from the game. I'm a fairly good player I can top score pubs on my Hybrid Demo, and I find it annoying that I could play everything right I fly in on an unsuspecting soilder hit the first shot then die instantly to a 300 dmg random crit that neither I nor him could see coming, It just removes balance and skill to a game I love and adore

Even with theses downsides this game I would 100% recommend to anyone its free and is the game that has by far had the most positive impact on my life and enjoyment.

This is the only game where you could come in with over 10,000 hours in classic shooters and have no idea how to play I love how this is the only game of its kind. Rocket League is so special and different and besides the crate systems and toxic community Psyonix has banged this one home. I would recommend this game to anyone, just be ready to grind because it takes a lot of time and dedication to get good at this game.
