The developers have apparently moved on to other full time positions and basically abandoned the game. I can't play this with my friend cross platform and now I feel like I've wasted $25.

Found the game from Secret Sleepover Society stream and am currently obsessed. Loving the early access model of a finished game with art and quality improvements. Currently obsessed--friends and I have been streaming to each other and enjoying figuring out morphs and exploration!!

Been having a blast playing through with friends at my own pace!

A friend got the 4-pack of Hero Siege while it was on sale and gifted me a copy. I sat down and thought, "Hm, maybe I'll try this for a few minutes." That was 3 days ago and I've already tried out almost every class in the game and leveled my 2 favorites to level 50. It feels like a combination of NimbleQuest (iOs/Android) and Binding of Isaac, two other games that I've logged hours and hours playing. Multiplayer is definitely more fun than solo play as long as you can port-forward, which is pretty simple with the guide that the game provides. There are still some bugs and glitches, but not too much that it makes the game unbearable at times.

L4D was the first PC game I ever played, and I still love playing! I'm not a fan of the special infected that they added to L4D2, so I still prefer the original. I also suggest checking out some of the custom maps!
