Game lags as ♥♥♥♥, how can a game so simple be so laggy and unattended by a simple technician to open ports/do something so it works eventually instead of waiting 10 minutes for every turn

Games bugged, i fell through the floor two times playing wraith after hitting someone, sitting in lobby for 15 minutes is not fun, neither is the matchmaking matching my lvl 18 survivor with lvl 1 killers, instead of releasing new content they should focus on fixing the existing bugs, i once was waiting in the lobby, turned out i was in a game and i just seen the sacrificed window without even being in the game , and on top of that i got a disconnect cause i had to alt+f4 because i could not do anything.

This game is getting destroyed by the devs, that don't understand what's important, and will eventually die cause people will get bored/quit because of the bugs.
