Well, I'm using Paypal. The credit card bugs (asks for an authorization on phone that doesn't work no matter if I answer right or not) and for some reason, I can't fund my Paypal wallet with my bank account. If you don't want to sell on Steam Market, perhaps could you try on OPSkins? I haven't tried buying from here, maybe it works.
