I really enjoyed this game up until recently, with the release of the latest update (v0.8.0.0) They have made the game look somehow, worse than before, they turned the warm filter all the way up apparently. everything, and I mean everything, looks awful.
I've maxed all the settings, it changes nothing.

Fog? Very cool! can you see literally anything? no! is it because of the fog? NO! SHOCKINGLY they blurred the screen SO bad that you literally can't see ANYTHING, I can literally see better without my glasses on IRL (which I'm literally legally blind with less than 10/20 on each eye).

the game is constantly freezing again (not my PC, have a self built $5000 machine built in 2021 with previous tech experience), the lighting looks worse than before in literally every way.

The game now consistently bugs out and makes some of the houses completely black with some lights on.

Good time with friends, great community, fantastic support in their discord, worth the money? sure.

But, I would rather see the game actually grow and get better than worse over time, even more so graphically.
As it stands, the graphics are an issue, at least to me.

I hope they will update and improve on the graphics as it currently is, I can assure you maxing out the warm filter is not the play.

Would I recommend this game? Yes.
Purely for the fact that the community is fantastic and the devs actually listen to the community.
The basic mechanics are great, They just need more people actually testing stuff and giving feedback BEFORE it reaches the general public, it's not a good sight to see the game break EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an update.

Insane that a game where you can have like 12 tanks on a team you can only have 3 per squad, can't even play with all my friends.

Long time fan, Owned every Dungeon Defenders on Pretty much every platform and all the DLC's, this is honestly one of the most buggy, un-optimized games I've ever played, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, it was supposed to be a new game but no it's a "DD1 Re-envisioned" which is basically just a DD1 remaster, terrible content for the price, if you played EA you also lost all progress after saying they wouldn't so basically wasted ALL of my time in the game, Much like DD2 this will be added to the list of disappointing games Developed by trendy/Chromatic games. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else by them, every thing they say they go back on, very shady and breaks trust with the community. The Game was released still as buggy if not more buggy than the very first closed beta, 100% terrible.

Not to long ago I started playing this game and before this I played "Dungeon Defenders" more than I probably should have. So far compared to the first one this is okay, but things are starting to look up as we head on into some of the higher builds of the alpha test build. I main Apprentice and I'm level 32 and I'm enjoying the game quite a bit. though the EXP much like Dungeon Defenders 1 levels 60-70 is a bit rediculous.

I would say the tutorial is a bit rough (needs to be more in detail) and I also think that monks need a better set of skills. you can not possibly go 1-30 solo. it's imposible.

but this is just my opinion. I've played and beat the campaign and I do hope that you will make DLC's for it to make it actually worth playing after level 23.
