Grew up playing Swords & Sandals. I've been trying to find a Gladiator based game for so many years. I found the Demo to this game earlier in the year and became absolutely hooked and patiently waited for the release. It's a solid game that I've been playing since I got home from work on release day. I've gone through several gladiators so far and I'm having a blast. The combat is a fun and engaging directional based style, the first few matches are fairly easy but it gets very difficult, which is fine by me. It was made by a single developer over the course of 7 or so years and you can really tell that this was a passion driven game. For an Early Access it's very polished and will only get more well rounded as time goes on with a solid road map.

Good port, but why are people from consoles allowed to port? My first couple hours were getting camped by snipers and getting my cars blown up from rocket launchers.

Pretty standard Hack & Slash with skills and all that jazz. You're constantly upgrading gear, skills, and stats so there never is a dull moment. The dialogue is excellent with keeping your interest and with keeping the storyline of any LoTR book or film. The best feature is co-oping with a friend or two. There's 3 characters so 3 is the maximum. Great game worth the price. Honk, Honk. I'm also a Goose.
