fun, good story, voice acting, fire music, nice

I played this game almost fully through on my housemate's family share, then I chose to just buy the game because I love it so much. Initially, it's the responsive movement and pogoing that drew me in, along with the quick combat that I felt I had so much control over. However, the game has rooted its way into my hard as a wonderful world with an incredibly atmospheric and moving soundtrack, beautiful and distinct visuals in different areas, and difficult and memorable boss fights and platforming challenges. It's one of the best games I've played, and I'm I haven't played any 2d platformers on the PC and haven't played a metroidvania since Metroid Prime on the Gamecube.

it's really hype, which forces my family to tell me to be quiet because of the uncontainable excitement--not something that's had to happen before this game.

Really Amazing Game! I HIGHLY reccommend trying it out, but don't want to say anything else to not spoil anything. My one bit of advice is to play it very thoroughly, pay attention and really play the game. Also play it without looking anything up or anything so it's not spoiled.
