No other game has ever made me literally scream in absolute terror and excitement

As a newcomer to the series I was a little bit trepidatious before buying the game. I never played the original and I wasn't sure if this game would really hook me. I decided to give it a shot anyways and I feel it was worth it. It's not perfect, there are a few missing features such as vote kick and there are only a limited amount of weapons and classes atm but that will change as more content is added to the game. Because the game is early access the game is a bit shallow. There are only 3 maps, one boss, and a handful of characters to choose from on top of the limited classes and weapons mentioned already. The game is great fun but you'll probably find yourself taking breaks often as the repititive nature that creates will get to you every couple of matches. This does not mean the game is bad, far from it, after taking a break you'll soon find yourself rearing to go again but don't expect a level of engagement that will lead to you playing into the wee hours of the morning.

Also controller users beware, the game has some odd mapping which takes a sec to get used and switching between weapons is awful as it takes many button presses to get to your item of choice and it doesn't even display a weapons bar on the screen to inform you as to which item you're gonna choose when you use the gamepad, this may or may not be adressed later on. The interface isn't well tailored for a gamepad either. There is also some general aiming issues with auto aim and there isn't an option to turn off auto aim atm.
