Note and TLDR: I bought the game around the Winter Sale of 2017 with a very decent price. Sale or not, I recommend purchasing it whenever you have an extra amount of cash remaining. I am not a fan of the whole "block" and procedurallly generated maps but Superflight is a game worth buying if even if not you're into atmospheric gliders full of repetition and fluidity. Superflight does it different. The game is complimented by realistic wind and very easy controls and beautiful maps that will leave you wanting to more. With that, let's proceed with the Review.

  • Superflight is a simple indie atmospheric game where you, the player, glides through procedurally generated maps or levels. You earn points gliding through holes, gliding at a daring space between the floor, walls or ceilings. You only "die" if you smack yourself to something.

  • Superflight has easy controls but the game itself is difficult at first. But as you slowly get into the game, you find yourself playing dozens of minutes before you realize you were actually playing within an hour already.

  • The game also realistic wind complimenting the difficulty even more.

  • The game is beautiful, really. Considering the fact that these are procedurally generated maps, every has a different kind of charm while still having the same aesthetic.

  • Speaking of maps, you can save maps you accidentally discovered and loved.

  • Portals in the game transport you to a different map. Simple feature but fun otherwise.

  • Feeling competitive? Well, the game also offers a scoreboard so you, the player, can figure out where you are standing globally.

  • That's about it.

Verdict with (more) Additional Notes: I admit that the game has more potential than many would realize. Heading onto the Suggestions/Discussion Thread, you can really see that the game can grow and develop more as a whole. But, considering the fact that the game is made by a small team and it was fairly recently made, they already made a game worth buying and playing. I would love to see what the small teams of devs can cook up into the future of Superflight. In this, I have hope considering the fact that the small community that makes of the game is active than you simply think. I absolutely see myself investing in the game since the potential of Superflight can only be seen if you play it. If you are not into these type of games, feel free to buy it during sale. With its decent price, the satisfaction of playing is worth more than the actual price. Superflight is worth giving a shot nevertheless.

This War of Mine is an atmospheric survival game that takes place during a war between the military and the rebels

What's else to say? Let's see here...

The game is very beautiful. Most computers can run it without having the burden of graphical lag. And despite the game being not so graphically demanding, it is atmospheric.

You can easily place or immerse yourself as one of the survivors. With that being said, the game can be emotional as the mood of your survivors vary on the decisions you make in certain situations. Killing someone to steal resources can depress your characters. The opposite feeling of course goes to scoring huge amount of loot. The game can be stressful if you care about the survivors you are managing and things can get very depressing real quick Hellish indeed.
It is a very good simulation of the possible occurences of war and playing it for a while will make you addicted.

The only problem you will experience in the game is the lack of knowledge on what you, as a player, is able do and how does everything works. The game throws you immediately into the game. If this is part of the game's difficulty, I don't know. But it is a bit difficult in general. Seeing my Steam friends have only put 1-3 hours into the game is understandable. But, with the help of the Wiki and a couple of YouTube Videos you can easily grasp the game. Yet chances are, your first playthrough/try will involve someone dying within the course of two weeks. Yet do not be discouraged, mistakes are made and should be heavily learned upon.

The game is very good, but I don't really see it's worthy of it's normal price. Go get it on during a Sale. Personally, I bought the game during the Steam 2016 Winter Sale for a nice price. Buying it for its normal price feels a bit heavy or too much for my sake, but that's me :3

In general, buy this game if you like survival simulation games that carries the heavy atmospheric vibe successfully, and like getting emotional depressed, this game is a must . Yet only buy it if it's on sale for a good price.
