~Friends are maaaaster ghost hunters, bought the game for me, had not watched any gameplay prior, only listened in, so I know I can talk to the ghost.
Friend: Don't do the tuturial, Just start solo, we'll mute ourselves and watch your stream on discord

Friend: The ghost was smart, it turned off the lights before it went to hunt you and you totally gave your position away with all your screaming.

Great game for a change of pace, great for a casual bit of fun.

I have not played the first 2 games or know any of the lore.

The game can be confusing during the beginning with all the things you need to remember: Igni, Quas, Wex, Exort, how to select your torch, what all the ingredients are for, who's who, finding a suitable quest for you, that sort of thing.

However, once you get into the game, it really grasps your attention and lets you immerse yourself into a new world, which is wonderful.

Very casual and relaxing game, a game to play if you want a change from your current main game.
You actually need a little (little) bit of skill for this game to get the extra perks.
Big Plus, the soundtrack is also pretty decent.

It crashes too frequently, and most of the time you spend is just loading the level.

One of the most fun I've had in a long time. Great music, awesome gameplay, hilarious skits, amusing sub-quests.
My only regret is that I didn't get the GOTY version.

(still works pretty nicely with "eh" computers)


only downside is; once you beat the game the first time you probably won't want to repeat the whole game again with a different character or same character with stronger enemies. But this feeling lasts for like a month.
