TL:DR - Yes, it has flaws, but the devs seem to be very invested in fixing things as they come up. It's early access, so don't expect it to be a smooth experience. I still very much recommend this game.

It seems some of these negative reviews were made minutes after the game launched, and although there were and are issues with this game (Hard to imagine on an EARLY ACCESS right?) I still feel this is a fun game to play. The local play has been fixed, so there is always that to try for now, as yes, there are still too few official servers for everyone, but the devs seem to be very invested in getting this game's flaws corrected. Just in the few hours it's been out, they've been correcting quite a few things. It still suffers from optimization, and as of this writing, local player has a framerate issue that is experienced when you log off and back on (which they are currently working on) but if you don't mind working through these types of things (again, it's early access people, come on) it is a fun game to play. I've run into a few different dinosaurs, some of which I regret (read Velociraptor) but it is a very pretty looking game, and I think it will go very far. All in all, I still recommend this game, even with it flaws.
