This is one of the best RTS games from back of the day. Something like this was never made before in late 90s and early 2000s. Because of that, Homeworld franchise was and still is a unique space RTS. But, with computers increasingly getting better, being able to play this was getting harder and harder, not to mention getting a legitimate copy was next to impossible. So, sadly enough, piracy was the only way to aquire this masterpiece.
But thanks to Gearbox this is now once again open to be purchased and played on modern PCs. If you missed this game back when it was released, you can now experience it. And best of all, this release definitavely deserves its title of "Remastered" because it actually is one of the best remasters of a game I've ever seen. Not only the graphics are better, but improvements to the UI, Cutscenes and audio have also been made. This is a highly recommended game to those who enjoy RTS games and especially to those who have played Homeworld before.
