I'm not usually a fan of the Minecraft-style genre of games, but from day one Astroneer felt different, which ultimately led to a BINGE of playing. While there's no "story" per se, the gameplay is engaging with a nice difficulty curve, until you access all necessary in-game resources, and then the game is just fun, mindless exploration. It is beautifully designed, cleanly programmed and just plain easy to pick up and put down at your pace. It's challenging, yet addicting, to create and upgrade your facilities and equipment. I recommend this for all.

P.S. If you have a periodic table of all the in-game resources and their combinations on your phone or computer, it makes playthrough SO MUCH easier.

This game has potential to be an amazing multiplayer-only option for pc gamers, but the glitchy lobby's, overwhelmingly pro-killer maps and perks, poor point ranking system for survivors and underwhelming variation in survivor options/perks is what holds this potentially incredible title back. I'm actually over playing this game, simply because joining a lobby is so glitchy and more often than not fail-prone, that it's actually become unplayable. Not to mention the overwhelming killer advantage, no matter when the suvivor-killer ratio is, due to camping capability and no legitimate suvivor options to respond with. This game is going to die very quickly if the developers don't do something to fix the bugs and improper balances. As much as I want to continue playing, I can't take the imbalance and lobby glitch issues much longer. FIX THIS GAME ALREADY!

Especially with the reboot coming up, I was itching to play a related game. Everything I'd read and heard said that this is the most Ghostbusters-esque in terms of gameplay. They were spot on. Highly entertaining and very fun, even though it's short. I would consider this to be the spiritual successor of the franchise (i.e. Ghostbusters 3). If you enjoyed the original films, you have to play this to get a good last hurrah out of the original themes and cast. They all play their own characters again!
