A nostalgic and very funny game.

Boring. Hand-holding. Lack ease-of-life features like dragable menus and copy-paste of text.
So much is wrong with this game... and that is very sad.

Bought the game in a bundle.

A grate, mind bending, challenging mod. It is hard, and fun, if you like to discover mechanics by yourself. But, it never explains some of it's more advance archaic mechanics, that have never been used in official Portal and Portal 2 maps. This gives the game a huge difficulty curve. But I liked it, because of the satisfaction of discovering those mechanics via examination of subtle visual cues and such. It also mostly does away with the oh so annoying "find the one wall here where you can put a portal through" type of puzzles - gone are the portal walls behind vents - portal walls are obvious, and it is up to you to understand how to use them.

In terms of story, it fits within the Portal universe canon, and is very Half-Life/Portal esque in it's style - a sagway between parts of gameplay. The story itself is quite well made - Mel, an Olympian that volunteer for a test for Aperture Science in the 50's, gets stuck in a "short term" relaxation chamber to be waken up many years later. What follows is the tale of Mel's attempt to escape Aperture Science (of-course) with the aid of the personalty core Vigle. At the same time, a mysterious entity by the name of AIGES starts working to undermine our 2 companions. It is a good story, if a bit anti-climactic because of it's attempt to connect itself to the story of the official Portal games.

Last but not least, the voice acting and sound design was superb, and the visual design, while not using too many new assets over Portal 2, does use what it has with good cohesion and consistency.

All in all, I recommend this game to any and all Portal fans, who are not afraid to have their minds blown to tiny little pieces at the end of it.

A grate Military simulator, that can be used to play whatever game mode you desire, although it might be a bit cluncky at times.

A grate time with a group of friends, and with many groups to choose from - one must fit you, but it is lackluster in singleplayer.
