Call of Duty WW II, a boots on the ground COD game people have been waiting for years. The game's a good relief from jetpack-jumpman COD games. Even though the games nowadays get alot of hate, just for being the "cash grab, copy paste" games, the beta so far hasn't been bad, atleast in my opinion. You can have alot of fun.. If you're good at the game ofcourse.


People critique the game, cause of the women & african soldiers being in the frontlines of war ("Oh My GOD, it's so IMMERSIVE RUINING") Even though that's what the other half of the community has been asking for.. people never get everything they want, do they?

But I do agree with some people on the optimization, I mean, the game dips 50 frames from time to time, it's not cool. It's playable though, but that should be fixed.

THE Game

Well, I'm not gonna lie, the game is Call of Duty, so the style of the games remains the same. In MY opinion It's not a bad thing, meaning fast paced games with fast killtime & so on.

The graphics on the other hand are relatively nice (That's coming from a person, who isn't even playing on a beast rig) The music & the immersion it gives are just.. pretty good! Especially the sound of landing a "headshot" & reloading some of the guns, pretty dope.

The guns are mostly balanced, I mean, shotguns do shotgun things, snipers do sniping things & so on, I don't get the hate towards the balancing (Even though some guns feel oddly powerful with the reflex on, might be just me though) The only odd thing that I've found, is that the recoil is quite low, next to some older COD games.

WAR gamemode, probably one of the most fun gamemodes, that I've played in a COD game (not as cool as prophunt though, again, In MY opinion)
The way it gives you actual objectives to do (where deaths don't count, so your score doesn't take a hit) Is pretty cool.. You get points for doing every objective there is to do. Hopefully we'll see more maps & more different objectives, would be pretty cooli-o.

Maps in general are quite interesting, there's pathing options in every map, rather than them being completely linear with 3 lanes.

Divisions are cool, gives a better meaning to create-a-class & more options to choose from + different clothing for every division.

Anyway, the BETA has been fun, but then again, it's the BETA and things are subject to change.

TL;DR

The game's fun, if you're hating just to hate.. I mean, noone is forcing you to play/buy the game, you can go and play other games, like battlefield 1, if this game doesn't fit your style, it's really fun! There's so many games out there, that have similar ww2 aspects..
