Linden Cameron was an unarmed 13 year old autistic boy who was shot by police after being called for having a metal breakdown. His own mother called expecting a de-escalation team that could help with mentally ill children. Instead the police showed up. He was a small mentally ill child shot 11 times by the police after he ran away from them. He survived and one of his first questions in the hospital was, "Why did they shoot me?"

Christian Glass was a 22 year old having a mental breakdown after his car got stuck in the snow and he called 911. He said he was "too terrified" to leave the car. The cops then broke his driver side window, and shot him with bean bags and tasers. Christian, sit seated in his car, then pulled out a knife to kill himself, unable to handle the situation. The police then shot him dead with their pistols.

Niani Finlayson called the police because her boyfriend was beating her up as well as hitting her 9 year old daughter. Deputy Ty Shelton shot her dead when he arrived claiming she had a knife. The family disputes she had any weapon and was just trying to get away from her abusive bf. She was killed within 3 seconds of Ty showing up to her home. Previously, the same cop, Ty Shelton, killed Michael Thomas after a domestic violence call after Michael refused to open the door fearing for his life. Michael was unarmed and fatally shot in the chest by Ty while other deputies, after breaking down the door, were holding him and twisting his arm and he winced from the pain and moved out of the way. The LASD refused to file charges against Ty for either shooting.
