So here is the Deal:

The Game itself is actually Fun. Sure there are a lot of things that needs so tweeking but that is not the Problem here.

The Problem is the "Always Online" "Feature" that holds this Game back. It is not worth for the Sake of implementing Microtransactions later to let your Game die at launch. It is not playable a lot of the Times during the Day and thats a Problem.

I see A LOT of Potential in this Game so Please. Dont let the Game die and just give us Offline Mode.

Let me start off by saying: I love this Game!

It has like the best and tight controls I have ever felt in a Plattformer since I played Mario World on the SNES.
You have unlimited Replay-Value, a vide varity of Mods (Visual and Kaizo), a Fun Online-COOP and very loveable Characters ( I love my little Pilot!).

The best Part is the Difficulty. It is litteraly perfect for an Rougelike! Even after 1400h of Playtime I can still die in Dwellings. (And hear that lovely tune over and over again :D)

Spelunky 2 is by far my most loved Plattformer maybe ever and I found some awesome People here aswell.
I will be waiting for the Spelunky 3 release Derek :)

Fun Plattformer, Fun for everyone in my opinion.
Its not too hard, but not too easy aswell. Its perfectly balanced (As all things should be :))
There are a few Bugs here and there but nothing that breaks the Game or makes it a bad experience.

If you need a nice and relaxing Plattformer for cozy Gaming Hours this could be for you :)

Sehr Empfehlenswerter Plattformer welcher seinem Original treu geblieben ist und mir in letzter Zeit auch am meisten Spaß gemacht hat auf 100% bringen. Nicht zu leicht und nicht zu schwer (Mit Ausnahme des letzten Levels in dem Ich bei der Escape-Phase ganz am Ende mehr Leben gelassen habe als in allen anderen Leveln zusammen) 10/10
