good puzzle game with good story and thought-provoking questions

So I don't usually write reviews, but this game was such a pleasant surprise that I'd gladly support it a little with a positive review. Plus today's Summer Sale quest is to write a review.
The Legend of Grimrock 2 is an amazingly executed mix between genres. A point&click puzzle grid-based first-person real-time RPG. The puzzles are clever, the combat I find to be strategic yet exciting. Difficulty can be tuned to preference, with plenty of optional challenges and in-game secrets to occupy yourself with.

The world is filled with puzzles. Small ones to access additional loot and paths, and big ones that span the entire game map. Each of them feels satisfying to solve, and actually makes sense as opposed to some puzzle games you might be used to.
As for the combat, you control a party of four characters in a square formation from a single first-person perpsective. Get hit from the front, and the front two members will be hit. Each character can specialize in any combat skill. It makes you think about how to utilize the elements of combat to your benefit. Where to stand in the environment, which direction to face, which characters you put in front and which in the back.

To summarize, the game makes you think about how to go about things and makes you feel great for playing it.
It's a unique experience I would recommend everyone to at least give a shot.
