For Free2Play rather than Pay2Win players like me Hawken is actually playable. The combat is smooth and there aren't that many people who are massively overpowered. You can actually permanently buy things with the currency that you earn, and they aren't priced impossibly expensive. The test drive feature is also very nifty.
