"Even through the wisdom of Scripture, there is no condemnation of those who are transgender. The New Testament speaks clearly: beyond honoring the Lord (Jesus Christ), my highest calling is to love and spiritually embrace others with kindness and grace. Nowhere does our Lord (Jesus Christ) grant me permission to ridicule, exclude, or judge someone simply because they do not conform to my understanding of gender. To condemn a person for being trans (which we shall not do) is not an act of faith—it is an act of unkindness, and such a path is not the way of our Lord (Jesus Christ)."
