Do you use anything for mod commissions besides Boosty? I'm not much of a fan of it and I'm not experienced with Ko-Fi either.

Creation of animated portraits is a very hard work. I do not have software and skills for this. Of course i can make static portraits but even this will require a lot of time and no one needs them anyway.
