Fantastic to have the Granddaddy of megadungeons in VTT format!

That said, the module only being available in 5E is disappointing.

I normally find myself running the S/W version of the module and it would be nice to see that version or even the PF version available for purchase.

A wonderful experience that blends psychological cosmic horror with romance in a beautifully engaging time loop. Question what is real, good, just, and meaningful as you venture to yet again... slay the princess.

Rivals of Aether is one of the fastest, most innovative, and intense fighting game experiences you will ever have.

The game takes heavy inspiration from the competitive melee scene bringing back elements such as wavedashing and the like while removing mechanics like grabs, ledge grabs, and shielding to keep the focus on aggressive play and movement. They've also given every character a counter mechanic similar to Ultimate's parry allowing you to stun opponents and turn the tide.
The roster is full of color characters that both take inspiration from smash and contain some form of stage control gimmick that really makes each character stand with a unique playstyle.
The music is killer and will make you feel like you're in a tournament every time you boot up the game blending perfectly with the retro pixel animation/art style.
It has plenty of beginner friendly training options and an incredibly tight nit community where the developers actively engage with their fans.
The workshop content is honestly worth the price of admission alone (especially 100% melee fox and 200% melee falco) so if you're a more casual gamer i'd still give this a look.
Honestly my only complaint is the lack luster story mode that made SFV's campaign look like a masterpiece by comparison (although the final boss is pretty sick).

So in conclusion play Rivals of Aether and stop reading this review.

This is a simple and addictive brawler that provides a unique take on smash bros. There is not much difference between the cast however the game is very balanced. Multiplayer is fun and challenging however singleplayer feels like a giant training mode as even the hardest difficulty AI isn't very challenging. The item mechanics are much less cayotic than smash and feel essential. In fact the entire game is much more of a cayos free zone while still being challenging and fun. Also you have a lot smaller of a chance to suicide in this game as opposed to smash.

Easy to learn, Easy to use. This software will not only help you get your feet wet into game development but will give you the opportunity to make complete masterpieces if you are willing to dive into the deep and complicated systems of rpg maker for example the highly rated game "To The Moon" was made on this brilliant engine. I highly recommend trying the demo after watching a few tutorials. And if you are bad at art but love writing a good story (like me) NO WORRIES not only does rpg maker come with an army of resources by default there is an even bigger army waiting in the steam workshop. Plus you can purchase addition resources from DLC (more are constantly added) and even import your own resources. Best of all however is you receive a commercial license to sell your games to people who don't even own RPG maker. Some titles have even made their way onto steam.

This game will change your definiton of puzzle and rage games. I garentee your first round will not last more than 3 seconds in fact you shall most likley quit before you are even 20 minutes in. This is game that will test and make you do things that you never thought possible. It is fun and hard to stop because even when you die you dont rage that hard, you just want to play again (unless your are a noob to gaming). But because of the short rounds it makes it hard to have long sessions (by standard definition) for example the avarge sesh for me is about 3 mins (and for most people thats amazing) and a long session would be about 15/20 minutes so now you see how even tho I only have about 12 hours in this game how that feat is an amazing acomplishment and mindblowing. If you manage to get an hours time into this mindblowing game you can begin to start calling your self "good" at this game. But even after your first hour you will struggle to play even 40 seconds without dieing ON LEVEL ONE now I am proud to say I can do over a min. So inconclusion this game is worth every penny wether you buy it on sale gift it or get it from a friend/internet or your buy it full price you will NOT REGRET THIS AMAZING PEICE OF ART. Also buy this and you will change your look on dubstep.
