Pros:
+Great team-based gameplay
+Able to run on nearly any system
+Good map variety
+Takes a long time for it to get old

Cons:
-A lot of bad apples in the community
-Deeply flawed automatic ban system
-Takes over two weeks to be able to play the actual game (Competitive Mode)
