As a huge fan of both the Alien and XCOM franchises, I admit I was worried this game would bend towards an unoriginal gameplay loop, but this is seriously a great game. Everything they did feels like their own, it stays true to the source material, definitely recommend for Alien fans!

Edit: My first playthrough, I did high stealth, very slow gameplay to collect everything. Midway through my 2nd playthrough on Hard/"Ironman" mode, I've started playing like I'm a real squad of marines, blitzing through environments. If you like RTS games, this is really a must have; there is so much variation in playstyle and it's still a blast even while binging twice in a row.

Is it a buggy mess, with subpar platforming mechanics and some bad glitches? Yeah, but it's still a really good game, that I've 100%'d twice (once on PS4).

Amazing pirate game, decent Assassins Creed game.

This game is a work of art.

Everything in this game was an improvement from WD1, and it is one of the best Ubisoft games (or game in general) I've ever played. It's also one of the few games that I've had a drive to 100% complete and had fun doing so the entire time. Any single player game that I put 50+ hours into and I'm not even done is pretty good in my book, especially if you get it on sale (its worth the full price anyways).

Heres the actual review:
Cons:
- Dialogue is a little cringy in the beginning, but it gets better later.
- Sometimes when driving really fast, it'll take a second to load, but it's understandable because its a massive world with no actual "loading times" besides mission starts. The loads are like 2 seconds anyways.
- Cant use NetHack while in a car. Makes finding the research points really annoying, but an online guide will help you for anything ;)

Pros:
- Just about everything else.
- Story is excellent. Immersive, everything's connected, and you always want to play more.
- Side missions are fun, not really repetitive because to do them, you have to do a new challenge (parkour, circuit solving, etc). The missions themselves arent massive, it's getting to them that's the real mission.
- Ambience. What can I say? The whole game makes you feel like you're there. The menu being your phone? Excellent touch. The calls that you get while you're "in the field" are clear, humorous (I'll touch on that later), and make you feel like you're actually there. Music is AMAZING (again, I'll touch on the music later). Specific missions have specific music tracks that play (you can turn them off), which match the mood perfectly. For God's sakes, Fortunate Son plays when you're *semi spoilers* in a certain mission regarding an election.
- The characters are all so lovable. Each has a unique personality, none of them are really intrusive or annoying, you can really appreciate all of them.
- Music. Seriously might be one of the best parts of this game. There's an app on your phone (the escape menu basically) that lets you set up a playlist with the songs in game. If you ever played Saints Row 4, you know the deal. Excellent music choices, something for everyone, even a Spanish station. Also, like I mentioned, the missions' music is perfectly chosen.
- The HUMOR. Ubisoft, you let your cheeky side show with this game. A few racial jabs, a LOT of "nerd" humor, and some sophomoric sex jokes. Of course, there's the higher brow references too, but the dialogue in this game is really fun to experience.
- Driving feels SO good. Really smooth, easy to control, and satisfying. HUGE variety of cars, motorcycles, etc.
- MASSIVE arsenal of different weapons, sadly not customizable, but they all come with different things like silencers, scopes, different firing modes, etc.
- Multiplayer is fun. I wish you could turn off people invading, but you can just end the online session in the escape menu anyways. The online interactions are smooth, not long loading times, and the actual stuff you do is fun. Bounty hunts, co-op missions, hacking invasions, this game has a lot of strong multiplayer elements, similar to Dark Souls.
- Last but CERTAINLY not least, the world interaction. The hacking, in this case. You can mess with SO much stuff from the world, be it traffic lights, exploding manholes, making cars drive and turn, lifting yourself up onto skyscrapers with cranes, forklifts, etc, WD2 really makes you feel like you're in control.

TL;DR: This game is AMAZING (unless the only type of game you like is Rocket League that takes 5 minutes, becuase this game takes a bit of time :) )

Literally the most cancerous community to ever exist, but the best game if you have friends

Played for quite a while because it was a gift given by a friend. Got many hours, and suddenly it was removed from my account because of "Payment Errors" or such. W/e.

Fun game btw.

I don't even remember playing this game but I can write a review. It must be good if it can make my memory black out.
