I definitely recommend to try the demo out. Has few issues (no save at the start fo the chapter, skipping cutscenes still takes long). Quite challenging even in tutorial level, but I can see how the complexity will evolve with more units with unique abilities to manage around the map.

Lately gets even bigger and better. You'll need people to play it with that enjoy this sort of game though. Campaign by itself is ok.

First game I played that openly encourages save scumming.

I don't have anything to add. Good game for all the reasons everyone else lists.

Quite good strategy game, challenging players ability to adapt and play around problems and random event. Similar in nature to Frostpunk, but more Rougle Like-esque due to settlements taking 2-3h to complete and having to deal with different random conditions each time.

3d terraria, therefore good
