THE BIG PROBLEM WITH THE GAME

Every day for weeks the server I play(vanu, cobalt) on has been taken over by a CHEATER(wh, aim, teleport, fly)!!!!! The server is empty because this CHEATER RUINS THE WHOLE GAME!!!.. the developers can't do anything ABOUT IT.
Maybe his accounts are blocked, but he endlessly creates new accounts like this: NorthSoldier13, NormalSoldier01(This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheater is playing for TR.). Even in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minecraft, if a player cheats, the algorithms automatically ban him instantly...
