V Rising is a great game and I'd love to soak more hours into it however Stunlock Studio has this persistent and annoying habit of corrupting or breaking older saves instead of carrying them over, each time they do this I lose more and more interest in the game since it feels like they don't appreciate the time nor effort you put into each playthrough since you can't even get to the final boss the updates are that consistent which if you ask me adding all these new bosses and tech seems pretty pointless if we can't get to them in time before the next update. further more it sucks the fun out the game when we have to go into settings and set our starting levels to "X" amount knowing we didn't earn the rewards but cheated them in just to get where we were. As for the DLC's half of them cost just as much as the base game if not more than and feels more like a desperate cash grab before their fan base get tired of the repetitive grind and forced resets.

Overall V Rising is and could BE a fun game if Stunlock Studio stopped being lazy and actually transferred older saves to new saves since all they're doing is slapping a new fragment to the map. Other than that as far as DLC goes I'll gladly pay 7.99 or 12.99 depending if the content is good but 16.75 to 23.79? who you trying to fool? Do better Stunlock Studios..

Looks great but extremely complected to understand for beginners, as for the "tutorial" you might as well be asking a blind guy what he see's in an art shop. i would say it has potential but i couldn't even get a rocket to one of the planets because the game expects you to run a space program on hopes and dreams and maybe, just maybe if you're committed enough you can get the rocket to take off with fresh air and your imagination. like honestly i expect a challenge but don't just throw the game in my face expecting me to be a pro straight off the bat because the message i'm getting is (here's our game... figure it out yourself) because that vibe doesn't fill me with confidence it just makes me want to refund it ASAP.

Great game to soak some hours in if you enjoy ship building and maintaining them while taking from other ships and improving your own. My only issue is that it has a habit after a long period of time to stutter and freeze even though my pc excels in all the requirements so I'd assume it isn't properly optimised yet. Besides that the game can be difficult to start off with but if you can save 5k in character creation you can make 8 times as much back from the scrapping permits which will last you a full gameplay session even though it being a 24 hour permit in game which despite it being a single day in game it feels like it is more based off irl time instead of in game.

great game, be even better if they made ration seals useful and MK V parts return again

could be a good game and fun to play but the game punishes new players too harshly and gives you no chance to fully understand the game properly due to the fact you're focusing on supplies, base states and the up coming swarm heading towards your base and if you drop the ball on one of them that mistake snowballs and ruins the game play, i played Xcom and games alike but at least they give you a fair chance to get your head round it and understand it better, this game throws you in the deep end straight off the bat with no help or knowledge other then just "Survive and push buttons" and hope for the best.

Great game, fun with friends, quite entertaining to sink some hours in and even better now PSN isn't mandatory for all users, remember Sony, we dive together or not at all!

good game but dips on frame rate if left too long away from the pc and may crash so exit when going AFK. Other then that great game, nicely fleshed out and very little bugs that impact the game too drastically.

latest update has made it unplayable with the launcher crashing on startup

The game looks good advertised and is enjoyable (when it wants to work) and being a dead space fan I really enjoy these types of games, however the performance is lacking, major frame drops when moving from area to area, combat is clunky, parrying is none existent and might as well be RNG based if you get hit or not and on the off chance some areas won't load at all. i'm almost convinced Dev's these days don't take pride or dignity in their work and would give it you in any old state, let's just be glad they aren't running a restaurant otherwise they'd be a case of food poisoning every two minutes everything would be that under baked. Overall I really want to enjoy this game and complete it but when it runs like a stuttering slideshow it's really difficult to enjoy and eventually I end up playing something else that is more fun and isn't a complete mess when running it. The fact you need mods just to make this game somewhat functional tells you just how bad it really is..

good game and entertaining with mods however i'm giving a negative review due to the fact Bethesda are clearly butt hurt over the fact their latest game Flopfield was a complete embarrassment and fell short on expectations, If they want to tarnish their reputation that's fine by me but don't expect anyone to buy your games in future when you spit your dummy out and do dumb updates like this that destroys your reputation. pretty pathetic honestly Bethesda is ruining themselves like this and destroying the community that built it all because one game is on negative reviews so what better way to get back at us by screwing with the mods that make this game perfect, it's almost like they're trying to be a bad gaming company.
