Rich, buttery steak combined with a silky garlic cream sauce over fettuccine!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients
• 1 boneless beef chuck roast (2 lbs) or ribeye
• 2 tsp olive oil, ¾ tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 4 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp butter, 1 onion (chopped), 2 carrots (diced), 2 celery ribs (diced)
• 1 cup dry sherry or beef broth, 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
• 1 cinnamon stick, 6 peppercorns, 4 cloves, 3 allspice berries
• 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 12 oz fettuccine
• Fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from heat, rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
2. In the same pan, melt butter. Add onion, carrots, and celery, sautéing for 5 minutes until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Pour in sherry (or broth), scraping up browned bits. Add crushed tomatoes, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, cloves, and allspice. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove whole spices.
4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, mixing until smooth. Add sliced steak back into the pan, tossing to coat in sauce.
5. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and mix into the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy a rich, creamy steak pasta with bold flavors!
