Super fun. A classic.

Is this a perfect game? No, it has a fair amount of bugs and there could be improvements in areas, but I am personally loving my time spent in the game so far. I enjoy the cases I have played so far and the puzzles.

Portal 2 is a great game with a lot of mechanics other than just portals. I personally enjoyed the puzzles and didn't find them difficult at all. The fact that there are player made puzzles gives the game a huge replayability value.

The graphics and animations are great even now, the robots have wonderful human animation and the voices are perfectly chosen.

The story is one of my favorites with a lot of sarcasm, funny moments and interesting plot points.

I definitely recommend this game. It is worth every penny.

Prototype 2 is a good succesor for the Prototype franchise with a story that continues where the first game stopped. Even though the story takes about 8-10 hours to complete, it feels a little bit bland and rushed towards the end. I was very much into the game just to realize it was time to battle the "big boss", but I guess my confusion was also a result of me checking the percentage of the game being completed not realising that it tracks all the collectables and upgrades of the protagonist.

While the leveling system is totally different than the first game, it is well built and rather easy to upgrade your powers and get new mutations. The battle mechanics are wonderful but one huge problem I have with the game is the "Target" selection system that fails to work half of the time, especially in locations filled with a lot of targets. Anyway apart from this problem fighting enemies is very satisfying and it always gives you the feeling that you are impossible to kill.

Running, climbing and flying are working good and I am really glad that they actually made a few missions that put these mechanics to work. The climbing mechanic has little issues inside a closed area where it doesn't stick properly to walls or it gets stuck in a corner.

The graphics and animations are good, but the cutscenes while they seem really interesting at the beginning, towards the middle and the end of the game they get tiring and give you the feeling of being repetitive even if they aren't. The problem is the lack of color. Not a single cutscene has any colors other than red and black/white.

The sounds are mainly good, but I personally had moments where the voice of the protagonist would either be very loud out of nowhere or just disappear and see his mouth move without any noise made.







I personally enjoyed my hours spent in this game especially considering that I collected all the little boxes and finished all the side missions, so I recommend this game to anyone who loves killing little digital mutants.
