One of the best RPG's in its genre.

Had this game promoted to me via a youtuber about a decade ago. Played it, was fun back then. Didn't stay for too long because I had other things to do. Coming back recently, it's insufferable as someone who does not want to pay for the game. It is grindier than EVE and in general very unrewarding beyond dopamine rushes when you stay alive and kill your enemies. But the reward systems, recent changes to it, progression and many many many other aspects of this game are very unfriendly towards any kind of user, who pays or doesn't. I'd recommend playing the game at your own risk for wasting time in higher tiers. The game is very fun in low to mid tiers however, but the whole grind and lack of rewards and constant cut back on player enjoyment is very detrimental.

Very addictive and rewarding. My one and only biggest issue is ships getting destroyed randomly through harmful weathers, would be nice to see status (condition) of sorts. Loving it otherwise.

Having played for years, cranking up over 10k hours across all of my characters and easy to say, one of my favorite MMORPG I ever played!

Definitely worth playing and experiencing the story that the game can provide you with, even if you are not a big fan of MMO type games.
