A really fun base game that with mods turns into a timeless classic.

Yes, Skyrim is a little bit old now, but if you've never played the game, I would still recommend you play it ATLEAST an hour or so, give it chance.

Skyrim has one of the best storylines you'll ever find in any game, it kept on surprising me.
Add the DLC to the game and you'll get an even better storyline with even more lore as to why you are who you are, and who was the first "Dragonborn".

The combat system isn't as up to date as in some other games, but it functions well enough and the spells, altough not to variant, still look really fancy and pleasing to cast.

Visually this game can't keep up with something like Crisis 3 at 4k ultra settings, hence is why a GTX 750ti can run the game at Ultra settings in 1080p without any sort of problems, but if you really think this game would be unplayable because of the resolutions, there are plenty of high-res texture packs out there, and there is even an official one, which you can ofcourse, pick up for free.

All in all, I would greatly recommend you pick up this game and play it a bit, I loved the entire game and would be more than willing to play through the entire thing again.

Recipe for the perfect matchmaking match:
4 Russians in a teamspeak who don't speak a single word of english.
1 Guy who tries to still play because he knows that russians shouldn't be judged the moment they join the game.
5 Premades in the other team that actually know how to play.

Steps:
1 Let the russians think they are better than you so they dont have to communicate.
2 Derank.
